Scruffy Mutt
The Scruffy Mutt category was for all of those dogs whose fur just won't look neat. It was for those whose fur stands on end, sticks out in every direction, digs in mud and dives in puddles. We had some incredibly scruffy mutts this year and we were so happy to see such happy, messy dogs.
