Meet the Owners and learn about their history
 Michelle is the owner of Pampered Paws and has been grooming for over 8 years and still continues to take a hands on approach within the shop. She firmly believes in what she does and cares for all of the animals that passes through her shop. Michelle was trained by Zoe Duffy and Joanne Angus both of whom have won Groomer of the year on various occasions. She also trained with Julie Dowle of Animal magic. She is Advanced / Diploma City and Guilds qualified, as well as a canine and feline first responder who has a long history of involvement with cat rescue, has a qualification in creative styling and is a fully-trained Micro-Chipper. Michelle's own dogs are full of character and reflect the way she runs her own life: Toby is a cheeky Tibetan Terrier, Deejay is another very bouncy Tibetan, Ronnie is a loud but lovely Lakeland Terrier and Grace is a very intelligent (and stubborn!) tri-coloured Border Collie. As if this isn't enough to create a mad-house Michelle has 7 cats, all of which were rescued by her some at under 24 hours old!
You can rest assured knowing your pets are in the best of hands with Michelle. Her morals and values rub off on everyone in the shop and create a positive energy that is hard to find anywhere else. She really will go to any lengths to ensure the welfare of animals in her care and the pleasure of owners that comes from knowing your pet is safe and happy.

 Andy is our mobile groomer who travels to your home in his custom built, 7 metre van and provides you with a grooming experience with a difference. He is a chatty and cheerful chap who always manages to build a rapour with both owners and dogs alike. Having been married to Michelle for more than 20 years he shares her love of animals, which is definitely lucky for him! Andy tells us that Michelle's first comment to him was "if you don't like animals give up now", which sounds about right! Like Michelle, Andy has a long history of cat rescue and shows his love of animals by having bottle-fed kittens every hour for 2 weeks! He is trained by Michelle and through experience. You will often find Ronnie the Lakeland Terrier in the front seat of his van as the two are inseperable! Feel free to say hello to the Roo during Andy's visits, he loves his fuss! Andy's grooming skills are fantastic and his attention to detail is well suited to the job at hand.
