At Pampered Paws our philosophy is to treat your pets as if they are our own. Whilst they are under our supervision we promise to provide top notch care and high quality services at affordable prices. We do not cage dogs and they are provided with toys, treats, love and affection. We only use all organic products that do not contain any chemicals for the best results without the worry of your pet having a negative reaction.

To dry your pets we use what can only be described as giant hairdryers! No animal is cabinet dried and should they not like our dryers they will be towel dried where the desired style permits.

When grooming cats we provide a “stress free” groom by working on them in short, 10 minute bursts. This allows us to give your cats plenty of rest breaks where they can relax and enjoy being pampered. We frequently get vet referrals from local practises to de-mat cats of all breeds and fur lengths. To complement our de-matting services, we offer a maintenance programme to owners of de-matted cats that will provide an affordable way to keep on top of those “hard to groom” cats.

We will work around any animals’ disability or age related conditions and are more than happy to take your calls should you be worried or if you just want to see how your pet is getting on.

Please Note: If you wish for your dog to be caged or they have an allergy to anything then please make us aware of this when booking an appointment so that we can take the necessary precautions. Equally, if your dog is likely to bite our groomers, be aggressive towards another dog or is nervous around other dogs then please do not be ashamed to tell us as it is in our interest (and your dogs) to know these things.

Important notes

We retain the right to refuse to work on your pet should we feel it would be detrimental to its health.

We will NOT breach the Animal Welfare Act to facilitate grooming or styles to satisfy a customers requirements. Our policy is to safe guard your pet at all times. In order to protect them it is expected that all pets are up to date with their vaccination, worming and flea programmes.

All pets are always treated with the utmost respect and care but they remain the owners responsibility , grooming may highlight unexpected health and skin issues which Pampered Paws can not be held liable for.

Please inform us of any health or mobility issues before grooming begins.

Welfare is of the utmost importance so in the event of an emergency, injury or illness we would contact a vet for advice. We would in all cases try to establish contact with the Owner first, however should a vet need to be called in, the cost of the call out and treatment shall remain the responsibility of the owner.
